Content Governance Model

This free checklist will help you pull together a simple content governance model. 

It will take you through the different parts that come together to make up a good governance model, and help you take stock of what elements you already have, and what you need to create. It also provides some guidance on how to go about defining the different parts of the model.

It has four parts:

1. Structure - the ‘shape’ of content in your organisation
2. Roles and responsibilities - who does what when it comes to content
3. Process and workflow - what needs to happen- and when - to make your content.
4. Standards and policy - the rules and guidelines your content should adhere to
