Responsible for the digital marketing strategy and innovation at Howard Kennedy, Joy has ownership of web, email, social, intranet and all other internal and external communication channels. Her role focuses on optimizing platforms to build the firm's brand, promote the lawyers' expertise and provide actionable user data to identify leads.

Following a re-brand which included re-templating and a greenfield website build, Howard Kennedy have established a strong digital foundation. The digital strategy now focuses on optimizing processes and integrating platforms to provide a consistent and personalized user experience at all touch points. Joy works hand-in-hand with the marketing team developing campaign content strategies for all media including webinars, video and podcasts. She ensures the Howard Kennedy tech stack enables that content strategy to perform for our clients, targets and our business.
