Webinar Recording

Building an agency content framework your clients will love

Learn the blueprint for agencies to create great content at scale for every single client.

About this webinar

As agencies, we promise our clients we’ll not only get them the results they’re looking for, we’ll also make the content creation process easy. After all, engaging content that converts is the fuel of the most successful digital marketing strategies.Unfortunately, many agencies still struggle to architect and implement a sustainable and scalable content framework that allows them to deliver high-quality, effective content consistently. In this webinar recording, Liz Murphy unlocks the content creation blueprint for agencies, with a strong focus on the skill sets, processes, and platforms agencies need in place to deliver great content that wows clients every single time. With that said, Liz knows from experience that every agency is unique. So, the tactics, tips, and tools shared are agile and designed to be adaptable for use by agencies of all sizes.

What will I learn?

After watching this video you'll understand:

  • The three key components of an agency content framework, and what you need for each in order to be successful.
  • The most common mistakes agencies make in scaling content creation, and how to avoid (or fix) them.
  • Example blueprints of how agencies can implement a framework, based on their size and team makeup.
  • The top content best practices every single agency should adhere to.

Who is the recording for?

  • Owners of growing agencies who know they don’t have the content processes in place to scale effectively and to continue to deliver quality content to clients.
  • Agency teams who know how to create amazing strategies and effectively promote content, but still find content creation as painful as their clients do.
  • Marketers and strategists who keep hearing from clients that the calibre of the content isn’t where it needs to be to appeal to their sophisticated audiences.
  • The content managers and strategists juggling it all, who know there has to be a better way to streamline and centralise their agency’s content processes.

In any case, you’re the kind of person who is looking for clarity in the early stages of the content creation process, whether the content is to be created by you, or by someone else.
