Jane is responsible for all the technologies that support content authoring and publishing, including GatherContent and Adobe Experience Manager. She also oversees the developmental side of operations regarding LPL's (headless) publishing initiatives.


Stacie Saunders, VP, Digital Content Strategy and Operations

Stacie's role centres on driving operational efficiencies and content excellence through the right content processes, governance, and strategies so that LPL content continuously performs in solving customer and business needs.

Her passions at work include delivering meaningful user experiences, bringing the LPL brand to life across digital, and creating a team culture that champions change and new innovations.


Heather O’Connor, Assistant VP, Digital Content Governance

Heather oversees content governance, managing enterprise taxonomy, and developing the very guidelines, processes, tools and training that help ensure excellent content outputs at LPL — not least for their business owner stakeholders.

As part of the firm's content transformation journey, Heather and her team regularly invest time in building strong relationships with business owners, and coaching them towards new ways of ideating, creating and deploying optimized and re-usable content for LPL's headless CMS.
