Can I try GatherContent for free?

Yes, all you need to do is sign up to a 14-day free trial, which includes all features and no limits. After your free trial you can then select a plan to continue using your account.

What happens after my trial?

After the 14-day trial you will be given the option to sign up to one of our plans. If you decide not to start a paid account, you will no longer be able to access your account or content, but you can download all your content before your trial expires. If you sign up, your account and content will all remain as per your trial so you can continue to work on it as needed.

What is a Content Import Concierge?

Hit the ground running: let us advise you how to import your existing WordPress or CSV content into GatherContent.

Content Import Concierge is a one-off service which you can add onto annual Scale and Transform plans for a $1000 USD fee. Cost is for two hours of technical support with one of our integration experts.

For help importing from other CMS' and existing sources, speak to our sales team.

How can I pay?

You can purchase GatherContent with all major credit cards. For annual Transform plans and larger plans, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer. Please contact us to arrange an invoice purchase. Monthly purchases must be paid by credit card.

What currency can we be charged in?

All accounts are billed in United States dollars. We can offer other currency options on larger annual plans. Contact our sales team for more details.

What is VAT?

All prices exclude VAT. If you are located in the UK the prevailing rate (20%) will be applied to your bill each month. If you are located in the EU please enter your VAT number during the checkout process to avoid paying VAT.

Can I upgrade and downgrade my account?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings. An upgrade will happen immediately and a downgrade will happen at the end of your billing cycle. Find out more.

Is there a long term commitment?

Monthly plans are pay-as-you-go and can be cancelled at any time with no further payments. Annual subscriptions are pre-paid in advance and tie you into an annual agreement which automatically renews each year. Refunds are not offered for any past payments.

Is content safe and secure?

Yes, we take security and backups seriously. We run continuous backups of our databases, and have full server redundancy. We can restore your account to any point in time in the previous 30 days. You can also export your content at any time.

What is the fair use policy for AI Assist?

The use of AI Assist for generative content (excluding content transformation) is limited to 50 prompts per day, per Start plan account, across all users, and 300 prompts per day, for other paid accounts, across all users.


Additional use of the AI Assist tool may be subject to additional fees at Bynder’s discretion.
